I live in Illinois (Chicago).

I have thought of creating a cafe-style facility that would sell drinks and seat patrons at card-playing tables. I would like to provide chips and cards as well, but I am concerned about the legal ramifications of having a "gambling establishment". If I posted a sign warning patrons against illegal wagers, would my business be legal? I know that game stores and even retail stores are selling (making available, so to speak) chip and card sets obviously to be used for gambling.

I would expect some people who came to gamble, but can I turn a "blind eye", let alone supply chips to the people?
