What is the name of your state fla I was suppose to go to mediation today. But my attorney said that he was successful that no one has to appear for mediation he has bypassed my mediation. Does this mean that there will be no settlement or they have come to an agreement on how much to settle for, or we have to go to trial. He left this message by phone he says this is good new. For me I want to settle the case.

Call your attorney back and ask HIM what all this means.
