late 3times 1 week fired. wrong?

What is the name of your state? Ga. Bad week! was late 3 times. 45min. each time . but i called in to let them know. fired yestarday. is it legal? and what can i do.

Of course it's legal. The law does not give you an automatic get-out-of-jail free card for x number of tardies. They could legally have fired you after the first one.

You can file for unemployment, start looking for a new job, and start getting to work on time.
