Hi, I wanted to know if there was any legal way to get out of a automobile contract if the state rates on insurance increased dramatically and I can no longer afford the automobile?

Thank You

My response:

Sure. It's legal to have your car repossessed. But, you'll still be on the hook for the deficiency, and costs of the auction.

If you're asking if you can get out of it without paying, then the answer is no.
