I was sent to see a doctor by work with an injury to my knee. My employer said it was work related from the movement i have from my job. I went to an orthopedic doctor of my choice. I did therapy and still not better. He thinks it will possibly tear(miniscus). The workman comp sent me to an independant doctor who has now said that it couldn't of happened at work. But they will pay all doctor bills up through the date that I seen their doctor.
How can they say its not work related but pay all bills up until that date? Do I have a case later on when this tears?
