I am in desperate need of some help. I entered into a verbal agreement to go into partnership. The agreeent was for $25K I will get 50% ownership. Nothing was in writing. Now the other "partner" is refusing to give me stock because he wants me to put more money (which I do not have) into the business. Is there any way I can get my money back if I take him to court.
