Are Personal Injury lawyers on auto accidents suppose to assist clients with their property damage claim, say inadequate repairs made to the vehicle, or do you need to get another lawyer solely for propery damage claim? If part, then is it a standard for every PI or this is just an added service? If separate, what type of lawyer will that be?
As a client, how can you be assured that the lawyer will help you on every facets of the claim? Do you sign a contract with the lawyer stating the scope of his services?
