my neighbor's boy accidently hit my girl in the mouth with a ball bat knocking out her tooth, their home owners insurance was taking care of the bills, at first they said that they would cover the cost no matter what age she was, now they are saying that a year after her 18th birthday they are stopping all payments, she is having a implant so this is a long term deal. i would like to know if they are telling me the truth on this matter and can my daughter get any thing from pain and suffering from this, she has been through alot, the insurance is kemper and the agent has turned from a mr. hyde to a dr jeckel.
