BEEN AWARDED 2500.00 IN JUDGMENT FOR ATTORNEY FEES. I UNDERSTAND IF I GARNISH BANK ACCT. HE CAN CLAIM THATMONEY, AS MONEY NEEDED TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT, AND IT WOULD BE EXEMPT. HE COULD DO THIS ON ALL ACCT. HOW DO I OVERCOME THIS? DO I OR SHOULD I FILE GARNISHMENT ON ALL BANK ACCOUNTS, IF FOR NO OTHER REASON TO SHOW BALANCES IN THOSE ACCOUNTS WHEN HE CLAIMS THEM AS EXEMPT AND WE GO TO THE APPEALS COURT??
