My husband was involved in an accident on October 9, 2005. Our car was totaled and the driver of the other car was being chased by police, drivers license was revoked at the time for a DUI and the car owner did not have insurance on their vehicle. What do we need to do or what can be done?

Thanks

File a claim through your insurance carrier. Your carrier can then subrogate the claim to the other driver, whether or not he has insurance is his problem, not yours.
