What is the name of your state?MS.

After Hurricane Katrina I purchased my motorcycle back from the insurance company, which they declared as totaled. After repairs my bike is now back on the road. This is my question. Although my loss was covered under the comprehensive coverage is the liability coverage on this bike still in force? The premium for total coverage was paid thru 4/6/06.

Thanks

I'm not sure if, under these circumstances, your insurance continues. It seems to me as if it should. Contact the carrier or your agent with your question.
