PA - I used my annual vacation earlier in the year and left the company. The company is withholding the vacation that was not earned for the rest of the year. They are saying the company handbook states the vacation must be earned to keep it. They are keeping the un-earn vacation I would have earned if I worked until the end of this year. Can they withhold the un-earned days?

Of course they can. Whatever would make you think they couldn't?

And what has this got to do with disability coverage?
