How long must I wait to receive my final payment from an employer? What recourse do I have when the employer acknowledges owing money but continues to refuse to pay?

Yes. This was deferred payment that was supposed to be returned to me upon separation from the employer. I separated in July but have yet to receive the deferred payment.
