What is the name of your state? FL

During hurricane Wilma, my car was damaged when a large ceramic roofing tile was ripped off the roof of the condo I rent and hit my car. While cleaning up, I noticed the only thing holding them on was a single nail and the original glue from when they were installed many years ago. Do I have any claim against the condo association or the liability insurance of the property management?

Not only no, but hell no. They will claim it was an act of nature. That is what your comprehensive coverage is for.
