Legal separation granted in Cal. in 1981.

Spousal support granted of $2000 monthly.

Husband sues for divorce in 1999 in Arizona.

Divorce final and both parties agree to spousal

support of $1000 monthly.

Property settlements also agreed to.

One year later wife sues in Cal. for amounts of

spousal support not paid 1990-98.

In Arizona in a civil suit (divorce) that all counter

claims be made at the time of the final divorce?
