I formed a corporation in California and bought real estate in Laughlin, Nevada. The property was purchased under my name. I want to transfer title from my personal to my California Corporation. I know I have to do a Quitclaim Deed to transfer title but was wondering if I also need to fill out a Foreign Qualification in Nevada to transfer title from my personal asset to the corporation?
