What is the name of your state? CA

Data:
Car Accident, rear end collision
Property Damage to Vehicle: $12,000
Current Medical Bills: $13,700
Medical Issues: broken bone in neck - spiney process (sp) numbness in both hands, significant pain in neck and pack. Potential torn rotator cuff in rt shoulder. Surgery may be needed to correct shoulder injury.

Insurance Company: both parties insured with same company. At fault party my have coverage denied, payment was late and policy may not have been in force at time of accident.

What, in general terms, would be a fair and resonalbe settlement assuming no shoulder surgery is needed.

Add up all your ACTUAL damages. Triple them. Ask for it. Be happy if you just get actuals.
