I was injured August 2004 and collected W/C until May 2004 when my employee's med scope stated that I could work light duty. I refused to go back and began using my sick time. I used approx 100 days and had I not used them I would get paid for half of them at time of retirement. I had neck surgery last week and now I am once again collecting W/C. Am I entitled to reimbursement for the sick days that were used?

No you are not entitled to reimbursement for the sick days that were used.
You were released to work and chose not to..
