Car accident version

What is the name of your state? North Carolina. When the police writes a crash report and you are not in agreement what can be done? From the little conversation I had with the officer that responded to a car accident I was involved in to what was written in the report it is obvious that the two do not coincide. It is evident that this police officer heard nothing of what I have to say. I am not sure where to go from here. I have always been a safe driver making sure to be courteous on the road. I feel that I was treated unfair and I am starting to even feel intimidated by police officers.
