Owner requirements for LLC in RI

What is the name of your state? Rhode Island

I would like to form an LLC company. Can you please direct me on howto find the requirements for a single-member LLC. Such as do you have to be 18 or older?

I purchased a book on this but I thought I'd post this because I havn't found this info. yet.
