My boyfriend and his ex girlfriends father went in halves on a wrecked car to rebuild and sell. The car is now finished and has been sold to his ex girlfriend, but they refuse to pay him for his half of the car or give him back the shop equipment he has at the shop. What can we do to get his equipment and money?
