My question is this: We live in an apartment complex that is doing construction right now. They are adding new units. Well every day my wife walks to work, and she has to pass by the contractors doing the construction. And every day they harass her by whistling and yelling sexual obscenities to her. And she is getting more scared each day. It makes her very uncomfortable and she cries about it. Is there anything she can do about this. Should she complain to the Landlord or the contracting company?
