Drug Test

I was injured on my job as a result of safety mats not being in place. I had a positive drug test but is was admin. in the form of a hair sample and I was only employed for 2 weeks and the test goes back 90 days. Now we are settleing but they refuse to pay for any treatment to my lower back because I had trouble with it before. I need advice immed. because I do possess the clincher and it states inacc. info but I need the money.

YOu needing the money is irrelevant. If they (whomever the hell they is) can prove you had previous back problems or that you were under the influence then forget getting any money.
