What is the name of your state?MS.
Although I am not in the debris clean up business an opportunity presented itself that I may be interested in.
I am referring to debris related to Hurricane Katrina, which hit my home town of Bay St. Louis, MS. But, I have no idea what a fair debris clean up charge is based on a "per cubic yard" fee. When I say "clean up" I am referring to removing all debris from a 6 acre site. This does not include the hauling of the debris to a dump site. The debris would be placed on the edge of the street and FEMA would be responsible for the actual hauling of the debris to the dumpsite.
The debris involved would be shingles, tree limbs, all destroyed structural items that are located on the grounds, etc. This is an apartment complex.
Anyone have any ideas on what a fair charge would be. Again, the charge would be based on "X" amount per cubic yard.
Thanks
