What is the name of your state? OHIO
Have a signed promissory not whereby individual would pay me back $2K.
He also owes me $1k for damages to a condo I rented to him.
Are these 2 separate cases in small claims court or do I combine them into one.
Thanks

You can combine or keep separate. Your choice.
