What is the name of your state? PA. Can a judgement be enforced if I have limited assets. My only income is Social security and a private disability insurance. My home was bought while I was married but is in my name only. I have a car but I'm hoping it is exempt since i can not walk due to illness. What should I be expecting since I can't pay this.
