What is the name of your state? Connecticut
I have registered a business as LLP with me and my wife as partners in May 2005. I have registered to start a business, but things didn't work out. Now there is no activity in this business. Should I close this business or change this from LLP to some small business? If I Close this business what do I have to do? I have Fed. Tax Id, but till now I haven't filed anything with State or Federal.
What are the implications?
