I was ticketed for going 75mph in a 55mph Construction Zone. I was following a car and have out of state plates and I'm not saying that I wasn't speeding ,but know I was not going that fast.
I asked the officer to see the radar that had me going that fast but he said he didn't have it.
I feel I was only going about 10 mph over..is there any recourse for me?...I have to appear in court (fighting it or not) Monday Morning the 14th.
