What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? I recently received a speeding ticket in PA. The officer wrote on the citation that I was going 41.3 mph in a 25 mph zone. The ticket also said that he used VASCAR. The other piece of information that I believe is pertinent is that he wrote that he timed me for 1.65 seconds for .19 miles. I want to know if I have a chance of having the ticket dismissed because travelling .19 miles in 1.65 seconds is really driving at a speed of over 414 mph. Will the judge accept the argument that something was not done right?
