My mother had worked at her workplace for 3 years. Recently she has died from breast cancer. A month before she died she was fired for missing to much work. Her only life insurance was through this company. She was told she could get disability if she had a doctors excuse, but her religious beiliefs was not to see a doctor. Is their anything that can be done to collect her benefits.
