What is the name of your state? California. I recently was awarded my workers' comp. case by a Workers' Comp. Judge. Now the employer attorney's want to appeal the case and send it up to appeals comittee in San Francisco. Does anyone know how long this process can take for it to come to a final decision? And if this process takes more then a year or two, would my decision of returning back to work or finding another job performing non-direct labor activies have a significant effect on the findings and awards of my case?
