What is the name of your state? Tn
What do I need to do to change from a corporation to a sole-proprietor. I don't think that it is profitable for me to be a corp. I work for myself and have no employees.

Your Secretary of State's office (and probably werbsite) will have forms and information on how to dissolve a corporation.
