I'm currently on Educational Leave of Absense because I'm in college. However, in the summer I filed workers compensation for carpal tunnel. Since then, the former general manager had quit, and now there is a new general manager. I called earlier this week to set up a workschedule so I can work during christmas break, but she refused to do so, until she reviews my workers comp. file. Can she do that? Let me know, as soon as possible. Thanks.
