What is the name of your state? Florida

Hello, When it says, Corporation xy is a "Florida Corporation", does that mean that it was incorporated under the laws of Florida, or does it mean it has its registered seat there, or does it just mean that they do business there? I'm a translator and was wondering how to translate that. Thanks

It generally indicates the state of incorporation.
