BF and GF are having a fight, GF tries to leave and BF locks door so she can't. She calls the cops and at first they charge BF with criminal restraint. When BF goes to court and GF doesn't show, they knock it down to false imprisonment and send a subpoena out for GF to appear at the next hearing. If she doesn't appear will they drop the charges?

Q: If she doesn't appear will they drop the charges?
