Using an Executive title

Our hosting company has an owner and a co-owner who we wish to call "Executive Management" and the other managers such as support manager would just be "Manager".

We have heard a rumour about having the title "Executive Management" is illegal as we are not a incorperated company.

Is this true or is there a law against it?
