A friend had some people over and the people were told to leave. The next thing he knows someone breaks out a window in his house.
He goes and unlocks the door to see who done it and 3 guys start hitting him. They then shoved him back in the house and beat him. They threw him through a big screen and a couple walls.
He ended up with a broken jaw and cuts that required glue to stitch up. He also has two shattered molars.
Is that home invasion since they forced their way back in after being told to leave the residense?
