What is the name of your state? North Carolina
I want to make copies of my annual evaluations at my job for the last several years. Do I have the right to view and make copies of things in my file?
Thanks

In North Carolina, if you work in the private sector the only personnel records your employer has to allow you access are any records that indicate any exposure to toxic materials or harmful physical agents.

Public sector employees are entitled to examine their own personnel file except reference letters and certain medical information.
