ok so my buddy is really freaked out about his fake ID incident @ spring break in florida 2 years ago. to make the story short the club was taking everyone with a fake, handcuffing them and giving a $108 citation. where he was to receive a fine in the mail. he was told by someone in line with him that this citation was a joke and to give a fake address and name since he;s not from florida and all the way from PA and they wouldnt pursue it since he was from another state and they get kids all the time and it is a big money making citation thing during spring break.
well he wasnt worried because he has a clean record not even a parking ticket, but is all freaked out now that they might find his prints when he goes for his state health insurance license? where they do a "electronic print scan" sent to the fbi. will his prints show up from Florida ? and will this prevent him from getting his insurance license?
