Michigan. My current employer is relocating our office 35 miles from where the current office is and 45 miles from where I live. Is there a law on, if you can quit and still collect umemployment? Is there a certain distance?

No, there is not a certain distance. It is possible to receive UC benefits when an employer relocates their facility and an employee's commute to work becomes onerous however what that distance will vary considerably based on the area you live and work in and typical commuting distances.
