Washington State If a person has a medical condition that a person knows about and they harrass this person to an extent in which it causes the ill person to die from his medical condition which they knew could happen could they be charged with his death? :confused:

For deliberate actions? Yes, it has happened, though not usually charged directly as murder, but rather something like voluntary manslaughter, and etc.
