I am going to divorce my husband. We do not own a home or have any property to speak of. The credit cards are in my husband's name, but I am the one who uses them, and signs his name. He knows this, but I'm afraid he will try to use it against me when we divorce. Am I liable, or is he?

Credit cards and divorce

Yes, one child that is ours and one that is mine from a previous marriage.
