What is the name of your state? CT

got a DUS , no reg & no insurance(my parents cancelled it on me and didnt tell me). I live an hour away from where i got the ticket and my friend was suposed to bring me to court but never showed. SO now i have a failure to appear. Im screwed. Any advice
