Really Worried!!! Any Help Will Be Very Appreciated

I'm from Puerto Rico, born and raised, and I have reason to believe someone in Kansas might be suing me for harrasment and/or stalking. I've never seen this person face-to-face, nor threatened her and we do NOT live anywhere near to each other.

Would I be liable for something like this?
