I am in Texas. My ex-wife sued me and won a judgement in small claims court. I am not able to pay it. She is now writting letters to my employer saying she is having my drivers license revoked. Can she have them revoked and is this herrassment to notify my employer?

My response:

The State giveth, and only the State can taketh away.

She's a nutbag.

Go to your criminal court's building and file for a Temporary Restraining Order. She must follow proper court procedures to get you to pay the judgment. This does not include harassing you through letters to your employer. Bring the letters to the courthouse and attach them to your TRO papers for the judge to see.
