When everything is agreed upon, both parties sign the agreement; and the judge signs it off.

When the court says it does! Do you have a divorce decree?

It is over when the children are 23 years old.. when all pensions and shares have been divided, when all property sold/split or names off the deeds.. it is over when there is no longer any chance that you will ever have to deal with that person again.. where you can tell them to get stuffed without any legal repercussions.. It is not over when the fat lady sings, she is singing because she never got married and will not have to deal with all the sh!t you are going through.
