My sister's ex asked her to drop the protection order because they wouldn't let him have it since he has the protection order against him. Then, he got caught poaching, and hasn't paid his fines, and the case is now being transferred to the PA. Do the courts consider that the crime was committed during the probation period? Even if he doesn't end up going to court until after the probation lapses?
