If I made "wanted" flyers of a deadbeat father offering a reward to any information that would lead to his capture and arrest on a child support warrant, could I get into any trouble. If someone actually gives me information leading to his arrest, I will pay the reward. I'm also going to post his picture on the flyer as well.
