What is the name of your state? Texas
We were buying a 1997 ford escort from a dealership not far from where we live 1 day after we got it home the engine started making a knocking sound we figured it was a rod Or the engine block .... come to find out itwas both plus it had a cracked head and the # 4 cylinder wasn't fireing right so we let the thing go back because it was going to cost more to fix than the car was actually worth .... well in good good faith the Dealer set us up with a 1997 dodge intrepid about 2 weeks later it did the same thing only this time the engine totally blew with out warning the engin light never came on to let us know there was anything wrong nor was the engine doing anything out of the ordenary we contacted the Dealer about it and they wouldn't come pick it up soo we had it towed to them ************** now my husband gets a letter stating that he owes for the lemon what's left on price of the car which is $2,900.00..... Ok my question is this can they do this and can we make him refund all monies paid to him for both vehicles which is about $3,200.00 total ?
thanks fot your help

You aren't due a refund.

If the warranty covered the problem you are having, then you should get the benefit of having the problem fixed.

Keep after them.
