falsly accused of child sexaul abuse

i have been falsly accused of molesting my son, all allegations originated from his step mother, i have not ever abused any child. i havent seen my four year old son in more that 6 months, i don't even know who to ask for help now, cps is involved, they recommended no visitation, the county juidge ordered no visitation, after about $25,000. my attorney has been of no help to me. i live in indiana, what are my legal rights to my child? who can help me?
